The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of figurines and creations offered by Malice & Figurines.
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Malice & Figurines reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and these general terms and conditions of sale. The order is confirmed once payment has been validated. Malice & Figurines reserves the right to refuse any order that is unusual or suspicious.
Payment for the order is made online using the available payment methods. The order will only be processed once the payment has been successfully received.
Creations are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only. Malice & Figurines cannot be held liable for delivery delays attributable to the carriers.
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason. Custom-made and personalized creations are excluded from this right of withdrawal.
As the figurines are handcrafted, hand-painted creations, slight variations may occur. Malice & Figurines guarantees that the products delivered will match the order. Any claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
All creations and content on this site are the exclusive property of Malice & Figurines. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
